B. Meet with Andrew Horowitz, Legislative Director, Office of Congressman Jerry McNerney regarding

Meeting regarding:

* Bay Area Recycled Water Coalition (BARWC) efforts to secure FY11 Appropriations

* Authorization Bill – Timing for hearing, mark-up and action on S1138 Future Authorizations – Approach and timing for authorizing recently added and future Title 16 projects in the BARWC


C. ADJOURNMENT
The next Special meeting of the Board of Directors will be Thursday, March 11, 2010, at 
9:45 a.m. at 2263 Rayburn House Office Building, Washington, DC  20510.
